This porcelain tumbler is thrown on a pottery wheel and hand-painted in a multi-step process. First, the intricate underglaze design is hand painted. The entire piece is then covered in a food safe clear glaze that interacts with the underglaze. The reaction in the kiln creates a beautiful hazy effect and texture in the abstract line design.
The piece is food, dishwasher, and microwave safe. Ceramic-ware is very durable and will withstand daily use for many years to come. However it is sensitive, so please do not go directly from cold to hot and do not place on an open flame or heat source. each glass holds over 16oz of your favorite beverage and are roughly 6-6 1/4"h.
Every item is handmade and will have slight variations in the surface. Pinholes, drips, brush strokes, and other slight glaze variations are normal and are what make the pieces unique and beautiful.
